TAX DEDUCTIBLE GIFTS
Thanks to our partnership agreement with Transnational Giving Europe (TGE), donors based in UK receive a tax receipt for their donations to Champ’seed Foundation.
Our partner organisation in the UK is “Charities Aid Foundation UK (CAF UK)”.
Please contact us after you have made the donation so that we can trace the payment.
In order to make a donation and receive a tax receipt, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following completed form attached: *Gift Request Form for Individuals* (please complete pages 4 & 5).
After receiving your completed form and upon successful screening of the donor, CAF UK will forward the bank details to you or ask you to send a check to them, if this is your preferred payment method.
When the donation reaches CAF UK, they will make a Gift Aid Claim to the UK government, which will take 6-8 weeks. You will receive the tax receipt once the Gift Aid process is concluded and the donation transferred to Champ’seed Foundation.
CAF UK expects funds to come from a UK clearing bank; funds coming in from overseas banks require additional checks to bring them onshore, but it is possible. Donors may be requested to provide CAF UK with a copy of their passport and a recent utility bill for proof of identity. The minimum accepted donation by CAF UK is GBP 250, plus a fee for the wire transfer of the donation.

NON-TAX DEDUCTIBLE GIFTS
Gifts of money for which you are not looking to get a tax receipt, or which do not qualify as a tax deductible donation, should be paid to the Junior Funding Program to serve the action of Champ’seed Foundation. Only gifts by bank transfer are accepted.
Have your donation amount to Champ’seed Foundation matched by your employer.
There are several corporations around the globe, offering matching programmes incentivising your charitable giving.
Contact your employer to find out more, or point them in the right direction to start alike programmes.
