Fondation Mouratoglou

Coco Gauff

Early bloomer Cori “Coco” Gauff (USA) left the foundation in 2018 at the age of 14 after securing a major sponsorship deal. She then went on to achieve remarkable success, capturing her first title on the professional circuit in Linz (Austria) in 2019. Over the years, she has built an impressive résumé, with seven singles titles and eight women’s doubles titles on the WTA Tour. In 2021, she reached her first Grand Slam final in doubles at the US Open, followed by a singles final at Roland-Garros in 2022.

Her breakthrough came in 2023 with a WTA 1000 title at the Cincinnati Masters and her first Grand Slam win at the US Open. In 2024, she capped off the season by triumphing at the prestigious WTA Finals, confirming her status among the game’s elite.

In 2025, she delivered an outstanding clay-court campaign, reaching the finals of both the Madrid and Rome WTA 1000 tournaments. She crowned this strong performance by capturing her second Grand Slam title at Roland-Garros, defeating Aryna Sabalenka in the final.
